Preparation
For making the mousse, boil cream, sugar and Philadelphia. With the Philadelphia cheese you get a unique flavor. Add melted butter and stir the mixture. Place the mix in the bowl and let it cool about 10 minutes. On the other hand boil the cream, sugar and Philadelphia. Add the gelatin, let it six hours in the fridge before serving it. At the end you cover the cake with marmelade and decorate it with our fruits
