Panna Cotta with blueberries and cinnamon
500gr blueberries and 60g of sugar
1 liter of cream
3 cinnamon pieces
150g of sugar
Gelatine en pouder
Cook the blueberries, juice of a lime, sugar, cinnamon, and little of water until it begins to boil. Add the gelatine, let it cool a Little and divide it into cups. Let cool down everything. Cook the cream with cinnamon branches and sugar to simmer. Remove from heat and add the gelatin. Let it cool in the fridge at least of 3 hours.
