Preparation
Whisk the blueberries, the White egg, and the sugared lemon juice together. Make a cream and add the whipped cream, mix gently. Place cups and cool in the fridge for several hours. Garnish with the whole blueberries and the mint leaves. You can make 4 to 5 servings.
