2.Put the blackberries in a glass container. Add the juice of half a lemon and sugar.
3.Cover the bowl and let it macerate overnight (or a minimum of two hours).
4.Put the macerated blackberries in a casserole over high heat until the mixture begins to boil.
5.Lower the heat to let it cook for about 50 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
6.Remove from heat and mix with a mixer.
7.Go through the pass-through to remove all the seeds.
8.Pour into a glass jar.
